Product limitations
The product is an operational ledger, not an audio engine, rights service, or approval system.
No audio judgement
No recording, playback, waveform, editing, mastering, transcoding, transcription, translation, noise, clipping, loudness, intelligibility, pronunciation, emotion, or performance assessment.
No rights or identity judgement
Authorization acknowledgements and display labels are user-entered. The product does not determine copyright, contract, union, publicity, consent, identity, compensation, or permitted use.
No delivery or compliance proof
A frozen receipt does not transmit files or prove receipt, approval, acceptance, quality, platform compliance, broadcaster compliance, audiobook compliance, accessibility, or completeness.
Worked example
The sample includes a header observation that declares forty-eight kilohertz, twenty-four bit, one channel, PCM integer. Every one of those numbers came out of a header, and the application has no way to know whether the file behind it is silent, clipped, the wrong cue, or thirty seconds of room tone. Indeed the sample folder contains a file called room-tone.wav precisely to show that an unexpected file is reported as unexpected and nothing more.
The same boundary applies at the other end. Delivery freeze D001 carries a digest over one hundred selections. It proves those bytes have not changed since the freeze. It does not prove a single file was sent, received, opened or accepted.
Method
The product is an operational ledger. It records what you entered, derives filenames from your own profile, reads bounded headers you point it at, and reports where its own records disagree with each other. Everything it says is about the record.
The judgement calls stay with people and with proper audio tools, which is why the product states each unsupported check rather than leaving it ambiguous.
